Arrival and departure
Your room is ready from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival. Please let us know in advance if you wish to arrive after 6.00 pm.
On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate your room by 10.00 a.m.
Attention: Tuesday is unfortunately not possible as arrival or departure day!
Information on rates
Our room rates are per person and night with half board (breakfast and dinner menu with salad buffet) for a stay of 3 nights or more. VAT included.
Local tax: In addition to the room rate a local tax of Euro 2,10 per person (from 14 years) and night will be charged.
Children
Children get the following discounts in their parents’ rooms:
- 0-2 years: free of charge
- 2-6 years: 70%
- 6-10 years: 50%
- 10-14 years: 30%
Minimum stay
For a stay of less than 3 nights a supplement of 5,00 Euro per day will be charged.
Dinner
Five evenings a week you can enjoy our 3-course menu of choice, on Sundays our 4-course menu of choice.
Family time is important to us; therefore, our restaurant is closed on Tuesdays and there is no dinner that evening. We will deduct 12,00 Euro from the daily rate.
For the weekly rate the 12,00 Euro have already been deducted. For children within the children’s reduction 8,00 Euro will be deducted for dinner.
Please note that nothing will be deducted for dinner outside of Tuesdays!
Booking
The booking is binding upon receipt of our written confirmation.
Parking
You will find free parking directly at the hotel. You will be allocated a fixed parking space, which will be exclusively available to you for the entire period of your stay. You are also welcome to reserve a protected parking space for your car in our spacious underground car park. Daily rate for the underground car park: 5,00 Euro.
Pets
Out of consideration for allergy sufferers, pets are unfortunately not allowed.
Smoking
Smoking is not allowed in all our rooms. We ask for your understanding.
Payment
The hotel bill can be paid in cash or by credit card.
Cancellation
It’s a pity if rooms remain free when others would have liked to check in. On the other hand: Something unforeseen can happen to anyone.
Please inform us in time, if you are not able to go on your planned holiday. The following cancellation periods apply:
- Up to 30 days before arrival date: free of charge
- 30 days to 21 days prior to arrival: 30%
- 21 days to 7 days before arrival: 70%
- 7 days before arrival: 100%
If the booked holiday period is not adhered to (due to late arrival or earlier departure), the entire period will be charged according to the booking confirmation.
Travel cancellation insurance
Unfortunately, something can always happen before the start of a journey. Please insure yourself in good time and think about a travel cancellation insurance, so that all costs are covered by the insurance.
With the European Travel Cancellation Insurance, you are covered if you arrive late or not at all at a booked hotel stay or if you break off early.
